Strive Partial Hospitalization Program

Strive is part of the continuum of care offered for adolescents (13-17) , or for adolescents struggling with intense emotional or behavioral pain who would benefit from a structured program that offers group therapy, academic support, and individual and family support sessions provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Our team includes a psychiatric prescriber and clinical therapists.
For Individuals Experiencing:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Emotional dysregulation
- Mood disorder
- Substance use
Program Components:
- Academic time with trained teachers, designed to mimic a typical school day to promote easy transition back into school
- Medication Management, including a medication prescriber
- Patient-centered treatment planning with a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatric professionals
- Individual Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Trauma Informed Care
- Group Therapy using DBT and CBT
Strive Intensive Outpatient Programs use evidenced based treatment to meet the therapeutic needs of youth (ages 13-17). The goal is to strengthen the individual’s functioning while providing the tools to return to healthy daily activities. Our programs are designed to help each individual identify their own triggers to negative thought processes and behaviors, and develop effective self-regulation skills they can use at home, in the community and at school.
Program Schedule:
- This program is offered Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
- Lunch is provided
- The typical length of the PHP is 2-4 weeks based upon needs
