Thank you so much to all who were a part of my treatment team. It means the world.

It was hard leaving my mom in any facility. But this hospital made it easier. I read the reviews and was worried but my experience was great. Dawn at front desk was warm and caring, our therapist Chika was welcoming and willing to listen to our questions.

Entire staff at Monarch GA: Nursing staff, Mental Health Technicians, & especially janitorial staff. I would also like to thank the pharmacy for working hard too, for attention to my medical issues. I want to thank you instructors and expressive therapies for all their work.

My daughter needed care and this hospital took her in when no one else would and gave her excellent care. I was so impressed and would definitely go back!

My stay at HBM was pleasant and comfortable, and for talking out my troubles. I met some great staff and patients.

This is a great hospital and the staff is amazing. I was helped through a very tough time and am very happy with my stay.

Overall I was very happy with the care I received from all the staff. I was very happy because the staff were so polite… Genuine people who actually care. I wasn’t just a number, they treated me as equal. My goal was to have my medications regulated and that goal was easily met because of the experience of the staff.

I can say for the time I’ve been here it has been extremely helpful. The staff have been amazing and very responsive. It is operated like a family which is greatly appreciated. The relationships I’ve built and the experiences I have been able to learn about will carry on with me for the rest of my life. If I were to come along anyone [needing support] I will recommend them to come here because the experience has been helpful and wonderful. Thank you!

Out of all the places that I have been to, this was the most hands on. I appreciate that. I never felt alone, always supported.
